Preparation: |
Surface to be painted must be dean of rust,dirt, grease and previous paint.

Application and Dilution: |
Brushing - dilute 6-10% with white spirit. Spraying - dilute 15-20% with D-18 synthetic thinner. |
Drying: |
For contact - 2-6 hrs. For complete drying between coats - 24 hrs . |
Shell Life: |
Up to 24 months below 25oC when sealed properly |
Precautions: |
Highly flammable - work in a well ventilated room or outdoors. Do not ingest and avoid contact with skin and eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Contains no lead chromates. |

Synthetic Anti-Corrosive Metal Primer.
Description: A paint primer for metals which prevents rust. It comes in 3 types:
Zinc Chromate, Zinc Phosphate, and Rich Zinc.
Zinc Chromate - A synthetic paint with zinc chromate, comes in greenish-gray, red-brown, and yellow.
Zinc Phosphate - A synthetic paint with zinc phosphate, comes in gray, black, red and yellow.
Rich Zinc - A synthetic paint containing pure zinc powder. It is gray, contains 70% zinc powder and is used instead of cold galvanization.

Apply by spray or with a brush. To obtain a thick zinc coat with DenbeRust Rich Zinc, apply 3 coats up to a thickness of 200 micron. |

Dilute with D-18 thinner. |
Drying: |
For contact - 3O min. Final drying - 24 hrs. |

Polyurethane Wood Paint and Lacquer
Description: An elegant polyurethane paint and lacquer for parquet floors, natural wood furniture and M.D.F consisting of two components glossy mat. It is very hard and flexible, resistant to cleaning agents and can be mechanically polished.

Coverage: |
1 litre covers approx. a 10 sqm. surface. |
Preparation: |
Prepare the surface to be painted with a mechanical polisher. Apply DurUrethane after a primary coat. |
Application and Dilution: |
Apply by spray or brush. Add 50% hardener and dilute up to 30% with D-11 thinner. |
Drying: |
For contact - 30 minutes. Between coats - 6 hrs. For complete drying-24 hrs. |
Precautions: |
Flammable. Do not ingest. |

Description: A shiny high quality hard lacquer for sailing vessels, which protects against salt and sunlight.

8 natural wood colors are available or transparent. |

Preparation: |
The surface to be painted must be clean of dirt, dust, and loose paint . |
Application : |
Apply with spray or a brush. On natural wood apply 2 coats to bring out the natural color of the wood and then a 3rd coat of transparent Yacht Varnish for protection against UV light . |
Dilution: |
Lacquer layer should be diluted with D-18 thinner. |
Drying: |
Between coats - 6 hrs. Final drying - 24 hrs. |
Shelf Life: |
24 months at 20° C in a shaded area. |
